So i am having an issue with trying to merge the One Hud and how to download mods fallout new vegas One Hud darnified patch together, im not sure if everybody has gone through this before but i cannot seem to figure out why i cant merge them together. Sorry you have not been able to get an ENB to work properly, could you please tell me what OS you are running on your computer? If you are running Windows 10, it could be a gamebryo rendering error, the solution to which can be found in the guide under "Fixing ENB issues" but I will copy and paste it below: This issue is common on windows 10 systems.
